From open computer labs to hands-on classes, we ensure that everyone has the tools to apply for jobs, attend school, and stay connected with loved ones in a supportive and equipped environment.

Ms. Nova brings professional therapeutic care and mindfulness practices directly to Old Brooklyn, offering residents high-quality pathways to stress relief, self-care, and personal rejuvenation right within our community hub. 

Holistic Healing & Massage: Professional therapeutic massage and energy work designed to restore balance and relieve physical tension. Fee: $50–$120 per session.

Yoga & Meditation Classes: Guided movement and mindfulness sessions available in both group settings and private instruction. Fee: $15–$50 per class.

Wellness Products: A curated selection of self-care items including essential oils, crystals, and other holistic tools. Fee: $5–$100.
