Monica Mullins is a visionary leader, community advocate, and the driving force behind the mission of Ohio Selfie World Foundation / Ambition H.Q.

With a heart for service and a passion for people, Monica has dedicated her career to creating spaces and programs that help others grow — personally, professionally, and financially.

Under her leadership, the organization has become a cornerstone in the Cleveland community — providing event space for local celebrations, credit repair and legal support, workforce development opportunities, and partnerships with organizations like the Cleveland Furniture Bank to deliver essential resources to families in need.

Monica believes that every person deserves a chance to rise — and that access, opportunity, and empowerment are the foundation of lasting change.

When she’s not leading community initiatives, Monica is often found mentoring young leaders, collaborating with local organizations, or celebrating life’s moments right alongside the people she serves.
